Mark Warburton believes his loanees have unlimited potential as they all shined in an emphatic 4-0 win against struggling Blackpool, writes Daniel Ross.

Tottenham Hotspur's Alex Pritchard, Everton 20-year-old Chris Long and Arsenal's former Barcelona academy star Jon Toral all put in quality performances in the rout, with the latter netting an impressive hat-trick.

Warburton, who watched his side create 42 attempts on goal in a one-sided affair, has long tipped Pritchard to grace the English game's top flight with Spurs.

And he believes Long and Toral can do the same - hopefully, with the Bees.

He said: “ I’ve got no doubts that the players have the potential to go on and play in the Premier League.

“ They’re young, they’re hungry and they want to get as far in the game as possible.

“ I hope very much they get the chance to play in the Premier League with Brentford.”

Warburton highlighted Toral out for particular praise as the loanee put in a man of the match performance.

The Spaniard, who has not been a regular feature in Brentford's starting line-up, could have netted more than his three goals and was a threat throughout.

Warburton added: “I feel sorry for Jon because he never deserved to lose his place but that’s just the quality we have in team.

“Jon’s trained magnificently every day and he’s a credit to him and Arsenal.

“I was delighted with him tonight and he certainly earned his selection in the team.

The Bees, who backed up Saturday's 3-1 win over promotion rivals AFC Bournemouth, dominated from start to finish with Toral striking twice in the first half to finish off good spells of possession.

Things were made harder for Blackpool when Charles Dunne was sent off for a vicious foul just before half time.

Andre Gray increased the scoreline soon after the break before Toral completed his hat-trick late on with the ball bouncing off him.

But, while Brentford had 14 shots on target compared to Blackpool’s one and 74 per cent possession, the manager insisted his men had not had an easy ride.

“We maintained our focus and our attacking impetuous, it was a good performance against a team who were scrapping," said Warburton.

“There’s no easy games in this league and the result looks good now, but going into the game we were very concerned."
