Crash between motorbike and van in Kew completely closes Mortlake Road at Chalkers Corner with motorists hit with long delays
A crash between a motorbike and a van in Kew has completely closed a major road, leading to long traffic delays.
The collision, just before 5pm, was the second collision on Mortlake Road at Chalkers Corner this afternoon, after a lorry crashed into a bridge.
London Fire Brigade, London Ambulance Service and Metropolitan Police all attended.
There were no serious injuries, the ambulance service said.
Buses have been notified to alter their routes.
